Mohammed Obeid is a young emerging artist from Syria who paints in abstract form.

His particularly unique style is obtained by his technique of layering paints on to canvas, blending organic forms to create dramatic imaginative dynamic landscapes, at times exploding with dense colour.

His canvasses evoke the elements of earth, wind and fire with an added spiritual essence of traditional Arabic calligraphy.
